| Constable claims that UFOs were ever-present around Dr. Reich’s laboratory in the 1950’s: “UFOs hung in the night sky around the laboratory. Occasionally they moved and shifted their positions. Dr. Reich took time exposures to objectify their presence. Such photographs proved that UFOs conceal themselves among the stars, a stratagem that I reported from personal experience in They Live in the Sky. Dr. Reich’s photographs demonstrated the ability of UFOs to materialize and dematerialize. Objects appeared during time exposures and disappeared before the exposures were terminated.” (29) In the next paragraph, Constable suspects that the secret forces in the world are currently mimicking this technology, and I couldn’t agree with him more: “Where the existing neurotic mechanisms in these existing processes are sufficient, vulnerable human beings in positions of authority run the risk today of being placed under various forms of psychic control. Etheric tunings, via advanced radionic type instruments, are in all probability, employed to this end from the unseen. The victims think, voice and write, and otherwise place into earthly currency, the misleading falsehoods concerning UFOs that the Ahrimanic powers wish to have disseminated as part of their continuing concealment. Materializations and encounters are staged to sustain and support this flim flam.” (30) This next quote belongs to the imagery of (93h): “This weather control unit, colloquially known as a cloudbuster, was built by the author from the basic inventions of the late Dr. Wilhelm Reich. As an investigator of etheric energies and forces, the author is convinced that the same primal energy manipulated in such units as this is the operative power behind UFOs of both the biological and construct type.
