Not so well noted by many were the scenes of Enik getting too many fumes from the Library of Skulls and becoming slightly intoxicated. And this is the place where all the knowledge was held. What we have with the colored crystal stones properly set in the rocks are subtle hints at the ME that Inanna took from Enki. They are considered “power stones” of some sort and are believed to “hold knowledge.” These could be said to be just simple quartz crystals or simply the mushroom itself as a “stone” of power and storage place of knowledge. Zardoz, was one of the greatest films ever made, in my opinion, because it had more to do with my awakening than any other film in history. This one stands out from the crowd, in that, the script and film making is brilliant and reveals the whole attitude of the elite towards the common people. If it were possible, this is how the elite would live, if taken to the extreme of their philosophy, including apathy and immortality. The plot is as follows: “In the future, Earth is ruled by Eternals, an advanced and secret sect of beings who reign over a savage group called Brutals. The Eternals have created a god named Zardoz to intimidate the Brutals, making them believe that killing is their natural state. However, Zed (Sean Connery), a Brutal warrior, challenges that assumption when he enters the Zardoz monument and is captured by an Eternal (Charlotte Rampling). There, he learns the truth about the Eternals and the false god that rules society.” This movie truly represents the reality we are forced to live under day to day. |
1976: So-called Sumerian scholar, Zachariah Sitchen, wrote his landmark book The 12th Planet. This book took Erich von Daniken’s work and expanded upon it, creating the mythos that Sumerian gods, called the Anunnaki had landed on earth in “rocketships” and started the race of people on earth called “man.” However, Sitchen does not get into the “reptilian alien” material. He stays shy of it. What I do know and believe myself, is that nobody who studies ancient history, claims to be a Sumerian scholar, claims to be able to interpret the Sumerian mythology, but who has absolutely zero knowledge of Joseph Campbell and his work on mythology, could be at all reliable or credible. The vast majority of Sitchen’s work is based on taking ancient plant and mushroom deity worship and fertility celebrations and transforming it into a pseudo-science of history and archaeology which leads the reader to believe that mankind was created by the Anunnaki in order to help them work the fields and mine gold. There is no evidence that gold mining was employed by early man against his will, by space faring beings and that somehow miraculously, it made its way to the gods. If the gold on this earth has been collected and transported by the gods back into outer space, they sure left a lot behind.
