| (36) “And I said, ‘Who are these who are embracing, and who is the one between them who is behind the tree, and what is the fruit that they are eating’? And He said, ‘This is the council of the world, this one is Adam, and this one, who is their desire upon the earth, is Eve. But he who is between them represents ungodliness and their beginnings on the way to perdition, even Azazel’.” This is a very good example of how mythology in modern times is being created. Also, notice how the metaphor of “grapes” was used to convey the “fruit in the Garden.” I have stated previously, I believe the grapes were being used as a cover for the mushrooms, through allegory, and this is yet one more confirmation of that. Unfortunately, the Hebrew Bible and the Christian Bible have slightly different translations and I cannot use both throughout this book, so in this case of Flying Dragons, the author uses the Hebrew Bible to show how Isaiah 14:29 reveals the “flying serpent” and this same one I reproduce here. “(29) Rejoice not, O Philistia, all of thee, because the rod that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a basilisk, and his fruit shall be a flying serpent.” Boulay then cites Blavatsky where she states in The Secret Doctrine that “the “nagas” or “sarpa” of India are “unquestionably the Jewish Seraphim of the Old Testament as derived from the term serapi meaning “serpent.” (16) It’s easy to see here how anyone who either does not know about the mushroom could think these references refer to an actual serpent, and anyone espousing this who fails to mention it is not doing justice to their readers, unless their readers are children. Mark Aleksander wrote, in British Folklore that there are more than 70 towns and villages that have a tradition including dragons, and this is cited in the book Caverns. (17) This makes perfect sense when we understand the importance of mushroom myth in ancient lore. This is probably the kicker, for many researchers studying this phenomenon. This next section I will quote directly from Boulay’s book, which is probably the most heavily relied upon book in David Icke’s book, Children of the Matrix: “The ancient Book of Dzyan, probably the oldest of Sanskrit sources, speaks of a serpent race which descended from the skies and taught mankind. The recovery of this ancient source from obscurity was accomplished by the theosophist, Madame H.P Blavatsky who spent three years in Tibet, Bhutan, and Sikkim accumulating the thousands of Sanskrit sources which were compiled into the Book of Dzyan. According to this book, the Sarpa, or Great Dragons were the Fifth Race to inhabit the world. The Fourth Race was a race of giants who had lived before the Deluge, but were wiped out by that catastrophe. The book related how the serpent gods or dragons redescended after the Deluge and instructed man in the arts of civilization. These serpent-gods had a human face and the tail of a dragon; they founded divine dynasties on Earth and are believed to be the ancestors of our current civilization, the Fifth Race of the Book of Dzyan. The leader of these gods was called the Great Dragon.” |
“The Dravidians or Nagas were said to be the result of the sexual liaison between serpent-gods and mankind. They were described as a course, cannibalistic people, dark-skinned and flat-nosed. They were known for their wisdom and lived in underground in caves. These Nagas are described in many of the Sanskrit sources as an intelligent reptile that could fly around the skies in their chariots.” (18) It should be clear by now to anyone who has read the previous chapters of this book, that this is a “new mythology” being created for some agenda. Icke, similarly, begins his book with a rehash of ancient myths which are supposed to support his theory of an ancient ”reptilian” race that controls mankind after having interbred with earth women. Myths about serpent people are supposed to be true history, to David Icke. The following is an excerpt from Icke’s book “Children of the Matrix”: “Chinese traditions claim that their civilization was founded by an amphibious being called Fu-His or Fuxi in 3322 BC. One description says he had a serpent’s body and a man’s head and he is said to have begun the repopulation of the world after the deluge with an incestuous interbreeding with a character called Nu-Gua, who is also described as a half-human, half-serpent. Another ancient Chinese figure was Gong-Gong who was a ‘horned monster with the body of a serpent’.” (19) Next, Icke cites Lawrence Gardner, so called “spokesman for the Imperial Court of the Royal Dragon and Order. Lawrence Gardner is an author who first surfaced around 1996, when he first published Bloodline of the Holy Grail, The Hidden Lineage of Jesus Revealed. I read this book when it first came out. Gardner was taking the position first established by Baigent, Leigh and Lincoln, in their book, Holy Blood, Holy Grail, from 1982, which first attempted to establish that there existed in the world, a secret bloodline descended from Jesus and Mary. The authors provided lots of facts and compelling evidence, so much so, that Dan Brown picked it up and wrote a number of books to continue this modern Jesus Bloodline mythology, including The Davinci Code. Lawrence Gardner even spoke in his book about a mysterious substance that could be secured called “Star Fire.” Following this, he submitted an article for publication in Nexus Magazine (which highly promoted his material) in July 1998 called Star Fire - The Gold of the Gods.
