    A Polychrome Plate, c. 600-850 AD has a couple monkey like creatures eating mushrooms growing up from the ground (79c).


(79c) Mayan Ulua Valley Honduras Polychrome Figural Plate c. 600-850 AD
      Mayan wall engravings are found to contain images of mushrooms dangling from the ears, just like earrings (79g). The very same “earrings” can be found on head fragments from Mexico (79h) and also, strangely enough, on Indian steles from Rajasthan, India c. 1200-1300 AD (79i).
