| The following are very odd creature encounters: * Case #287, October 19, 1954 – Livorno, Italy. Bruno Senesi saw two shining objects emitting smoke. Out of it emerged small red monstrous beings who chased him. Senesi was later brought to a hospital screaming and hiding under the hospital bed, trembling in terror. (83) * Case #49- Fall 1938, Estonian Coast. A “Frog-man” 1m tall, with a round head, no neck and a hump in front of the body. The mouth was a large straight slit with brown-green skin, and he had normal hands. The creature walked in a “peculiar but elegant” fashion. When it was chased the creature fled with its feet “fluttering” then it vanished. (84) * Case #430, November 6, 1957 – Everittsown (New Jersey) John Trasco saw a brilliantly lit egg-shaped object hovering in front of a barn, was confronted by a 1m tall being with a putty-colored face with frog-like eyes who spoke in broken English, “We are a peaceful people, we only want your dog.” The little being fled when the request was denied. (85) * Case #539, July 30, 1962 – Argentina- Roberto Mievres, 17, was riding his motorcycle when a tall being with a head like a watermelon and three eyes appeared as the engine stalled. The apparition snatched the boy’s scarf and the boy ran to town to return with others and they found the scarf laying on the ground, discovered some traces and observed the craft flying away. (86) The following are misc. cases where there is a dwarf described: * Case #39 - June 1914, Hamburg Germany – Gustav Herwagon saw a shining cigar shaped object with illuminated windows and four or five dwarfs 1.2 meters tall, dressed in light clothing. When he approached them the craft took off. (87) * Case #855 July 17, 1967, France – Children were terrified by four dwarfish creatures in black clothing about 1m tall who moved rapidly among the bushes. They had bulging eyes and spoke among themselves in a musical dialect. (88) The following are cases of strange conversations or face to face encounters: * Case #61 – In Brazil, a group of survey workers heard a hissing noise and saw a disk land 50m away. Three beings emerged, showed them a map of the solar system, pointed to Uranus as if to suggest their origin. (89) * Case #873, August 26, 1967, Venezuela – Esteban D. Cova, a private in the Marines met an ugly dwarf, 1m tall with a huge head, bulging eyes and a body covered in “hairy stuff or wiry material” who spoke to him in perfect Spanish and asked, “Won’t you come with me? We need one human being.” (90) The following are cases of shapeshifting and apparitions: * Case #1 – July 1868 – A strange “aerial construction” with lights and engine noises flew over a town in Copiago, Chile. The locals described it as a giant bird covered with large scales. This was actually the very first recorded UFO sighting in modern history. (91) * Case #6 – March 26, 1880 – Lamy, New Maxico. A “strange balloon” shaped like a fish and appearing to be propelled by |
a large fan, flew over the heads of four men who heard voices coming from it. Eight to ten beings were spotted aboard the craft and their language could not be comprehended. (92) * Case #386 – January 15, 1957 – Balfour New Zealand. William West and Wallace Liddel saw an object like a shooting star coming close to them, then appearing as an oval fluorescent craft hovering over the grass, about 40m in diameter. They rushed to catch it, but it jumped away, turning into a bluish-white sphere with a dark red center. Each time they tried to catch it, it jumped further away, then cleared a fence and slowly vanished. (93) * Case #292, November 1962, France. A garage owner was driving through a rainstorm and saw a group of figures 80m away. He slowed down as they went away, and he noticed they were bizarre bird-like creatures. As they rushed toward the car, he drove away from them in terror and saw them going back toward a luminous blue object hovering in a field. They entered as if they were “sucked into it” and a dull sound was heard as it took off. (94) * Case #588 Nov. 16, 1963, Great Britain. Four teenagers saw a moving star turn into a red glow coming towards them then disappearing behind trees. Shortly afterwards, a bright golden light was seen 80m away and floating 3m above the ground and a dark figure the size of a man with wings like a bat came towards them. They fled in terror. (95) * Case 874, August 26, 1967, Venezuela – Saki Macharechi saw what he thought to be a heron in flight, and which landed near a bridge. He then noticed it was a dwarf, about 1m tall with huge eyes.
