The children had thought that they were seeing lights from construction vehicles working on a nearby highway and the next morning went up to the site to verify this. Raul Marquez was one of the technicians working for the National Highway Department who was there when the children went to ask the questions and he went to inspect the area himself. Upon finding strange evidence at the site, he immediately went to the press: “There on this hard, rocky terrain were found perfectly imprinted in the ground the tracks of the bases or landing pads of a tripod or something of that nature. The imprints of these ‘pad’ marks formed a perfect equilateral triangle having a distance of exactly four meters one from the other and each imprint was a circle measuring thirty centimeters in diameter. The ground where each of these three bases of the tripod settled, in which there remained a mark of approximately one centimeter in depth, was found completely burned and darkened by some unknown source of extreme heat. In the center of the triangle formed by the ‘pad’ marks was a large patch of soot or ash-like substance of a dark color, like that which remains after the burning of gun powder.” Continuing: “Special attention was drawn to the existence of some enormous mushrooms around the three imprints of the supposed tripod. They totaled seven and the cap of some of these measured twenty centimeters in diameter with stems of seven centimeters. The area is completely dry and of hard rock covered soil, where the very last thing one would expect to find growing is mushrooms, which normally demand a humid soil.” … “That same Wednesday (April 23rd) on which Chief Carbajal ordered the impounding of the material found at the site, an agricultural engineer was called in by the police to examine the mushrooms in an effort to determine their origin. After a minute examination of the mushrooms, he declared that he had never seen nor heard of such a species of mushrooms in his many years of experience and showed his complete astonishment at their extraordinary size.” This concludes the excerpts from the article from the UFO magazine. At this juncture, it is pertinent to introduce some material I intentionally withheld from the Vedic section for the purposes of keeping subject matter relevant and introduced at the appropriate time. We revisit India now and another deity or complex of deities mentioned in the Rig Veda, the Asvins. For all intents and purposes, the Asvins appear to me, to be the UFOs and the UFOs appear to be delivering to the seers, the mushrooms which the seers are praying for in the hymns. Like I did previously, concepts are presented first, then shown in context, and emphasized. (127) |
Asvins and Maruts A “car which assumes many shapes” “goes to where soma is pressed.” (9) Aśvins, your Soma sheds delicious sweetness: drink ye thereof and come unto our dwelling. Your car, assuming many a shape, most often goes to the Soma-presser's place of meeting. (RV3) HYMN LVIII. Aśvins In Chapter 5, a quote from the Rg Veda concerning this “car” was introduced but not presented in this current context: (45) Dweller in floods, King, foremost, he displays his might, set among living things as measurer of days. Distilling oil he flows, fair, billowy, golden-hued, borne on a car of light, sharing one home with wealth. (RV-IX) Hymn LXXXVI. Soma Pavamana “Refreshing paths with meath” in “your favorite chariots,” ”your gold pinioned friendly swans” which “come like flies to the meat.” We know flies are drawn to the A. muscaria. And UFOs are truly the chariots of the gods, it seems. (3) Drink of the meath with lips accustomed to the draught; harness for the meath's sake the chariot that ye love. Refresh the way ye go, refresh the paths with meath: hither, O Aśvins, bring the skin that holds the meath. (4) The swans ye have are friendly, rich in store of meath, gold-pinioned, strong to draw, awake at early morn, Swimming the flood, exultant, fain for draughts that cheer: ye come like flies to our libations of the meath. (RV-IV) HYMN XLV. Aśvins The Asvins “come from heaven,” “come from mountains” and “come from waters.” These are all known characteristics of UFOs. (3) Yea, come at milking-time, at early morning, at noon of day and when the Sun is setting, By day, by night, with favour most auspicious. Not only now the draught hath drawn the Aśvins. (4) For this place, Aśvins, was of old your dwelling, these were your houses, this your habitation. Come to us from high heaven and from the mountain. Come from the waters bringing food and vigour. (5) May we obtain the Aśvins' newest favour and gain their health-bestowing happy guidance. Bring riches hither unto us, and heroes, and all felicity and joy, Immortals! (RV-V) HYMN LXXVI.
