The next case to examine is that of Claude Vorilhon, who started out as a young reporter living in Clermond-Ferrend, France. On December 13, 1973, Claude was on a hike in volcano country near his home when he saw a blinking red light and what he thought to be a helicopter descending to hover over the ground. He describes it as the size of a small bus with a conical on top. There was a flashing white light at the apex of the cone, and he noticed a stairway appear and a child-like occupant exit the craft, smiling and glowing all around him. Claude claimed that the occupant’s craft and suit contained a Nazi Swastika interpenetrated with a Hebrew Star of David. Vorilhon was eventually given the name “Rael” by the visitors along with a series of notes which he privately published in 1974 titled The Message Given by the Extraterrestrials. The book is about how mankind was created by a group of space scientists who later disagreed about the creation they made, causing a political split between the Yahweh camp and the Satan camp. According to the book, we are living in the “Last Days of an Age” and in order to proceed into the future, we must get rid of democracy and form a one-world government. Volhorn tells us that once we get rid of our military services the “Elohim will return and give us their advanced sciences.” We are also given a firm warning, that if we don’t comply, our scientific centers will be wiped out by them, just like Sodom and Gomorrah. Here are some of Volhorn’s words: “You must eliminate elections and votes that are completely ill-adapted to the current evolution of mankind, men are the useful cells of a large body called Humanity. A cell in a foot doesn’t have the say whether or not a hand should pick up an object. The brain decides, and if the object is good, the cell in the foot will profit by it. A world government and a new monetary system must be created. A single language will serve to unify the planet.” (23) Well if that isn’t highly suspicious then I’m not sure what would qualify. The Rael case, in 1973, occurred just after Woodstock, when America was primed for a change. Today, approaching 2020, we see the greatest pushers of world government and globalization are the banks, the Bilderbergs and the elite. In the late 1960’s and early 1970’s, America was still “innocent.” And the children of the country didn’t want another Vietnam. Vallee eventually met with a man named Major Murphy, retired from US Intelligence service. They actually met at a UFO contactee group and became friends and it was Major Murphy that got Jacques Vallee on the “non-scientific” trail. To Major Murphy, the solution to the UFO question lay in the field of intelligence and counter espionage. This is when Vallee started to look into the “mind control” aspect of what may lie behind the UFO phenomenon. Major Murphy suggested Vallee look into the use of “psychotronic devices.” |
Back to Major Murphy, Vallee’s confidant, who told Vallee: “In 1943, we already had evidence that several countries were working on circular aircraft that they hoped to develop into secret weapons. The Germans were also doing advanced research on controlled electrical discharges and ‘controlled lightning’ and tried to combine these things together. When we invaded Germany, a lot of hardware fell into our hands, but the Russians had gotten most of the good stuff. Then people started seeing modern UFOs in Sweden in 1946”. Murphy then told him of the incident when the US government had sent General James Doolittle to Sweden in 1946 to investigate “ghost rockets,” while under cover of the Shell corporation. Murphy said to Vallee, in response to the question of whatever became of this, Murphy reminds him that this all happened before the creation of Project Blue Book and that the Air Force didn’t even exist in 1946. The next section is a reproduction of the conversation. Murphy remarked that: “One area where you must realize a lot of research had already been done in great secrecy by 1946 concerned mind control and the effects of electromagnetic radiation (what we now call ELF, or Extremely Low Frequency) on the human body. … On the surface, if you just look at a few isolated cases, like scientists arguing about UFOs, well, I agree it doesn’t mean anything. But suppose somebody had obtained a device by the end of the war, which perhaps wasn’t a very effective weapon. Perhaps it couldn’t fly very efficiently, couldn’t carry guns or bombs, but had other properties. For instance, it could emit radiation that caused paralysis and hallucinations as it flew over an area, so that witnesses exposed to it would think they saw the phantasms of their own imagination. Did somebody test that kind of device in Sweden in 1946, and in the States in 1947, and find it to be ineffective as a flying machine, but very useful as a means of propaganda? Has such a group already understood what UFOs were, and are they confusing the issue by simulating UFO waves? Or is the entire phenomena under their control? … There is a UFO phenomenon, and there have been contactees claiming intimate knowledge of it since time immemorial. But there is also a capability to create artificially both the UFO sightings and the effects reported by contactees. Furthermore, there is a possibility that some group has already understood the whole puzzle…” “Solved the UFO problem. (23) Messengers, p. 160-63 |
