“Yes. You need to face all the possibilities. You have to draw the consequences. Someone may have solved the problem. Perhaps there is an elegant solution to multidimensional travel, and it is being applied. I am not a physicist. You should ask your theoretician friends what they think. I can only tell you that silent, disk-shaped flying machines can be built. If they are equipped with the right devices, they can create astonishing effects and be reported as flying saucers. I wish I still had my files on the German experiments.

“A lot of people got involved. Industrial concerns. Laboratories engaged in psychotronic research. The Nazi research on microwaves was child’s play compared to the sophistication of modern experiments. If someone is using this technology, we can assume they have also mastered pharmacology, the use of drugs to distort the memories of witnesses, the use of mind control to suggest stories, to plant fake observations. Don’t you think people should try to get some information about that before believing in friendly space visitors?” (24)

In 1967, Raymond Bernard was contacted by a being who called himself “Maha.” This entity told Barnard that mankind was about to enter a “new cycle” and that our views on money needed to be changed first. The beings insisted that the coming new age would bring “a new understanding of social good, the abolition of borders, and the death of nationalism.” Bernard was told to relay his message to all mankind and disseminate it through an organization and books and that once mankind is ready, we will enter into the “Kingdom of the Graal” and this will happen “When the knights of the Earth meet the celestial knights of the macrocosm.” (25)

The next contactee candidate up for observance is George Adamski, (17 April 1891 – 23 April 1965) who wrote several books, Flying Saucers Have Landed (co-written with Desmond Leslie) in 1953, Inside the Space Ships in 1955, and Flying Saucers Farewell in 1961. George Adamski was a Polish American citizen who took up an avid interest in theosophy and esoteric philosophy early in life. Nick Redfern in his 2009 book, Contactees, quotes the words of James W. Moseley, a UFO hoax investigator: “Adamski and the contactees represented an early hippie philosophy of the time – the 1950’s version of what came later in the ‘60’s with flower power protests. A lot of what they were saying merged into the mainstream of liberal thinking at that time. So, in a way, it was a very significant movement.” (26)

Adamski founded the “Royal Order of Tibet,” while living in Laguna Beach, in the 1930’s, which held its meetings in the “Temple of Scientific Philosophy.” (27) In 1940, George and his wife moved to a ranch near California's Palomar Mountain. On October 9, 1946, George and several friends, while staying at the ranch claimed to have seen a huge cigar-shaped UFO. In 1949 Adamski began giving his first UFO lectures to civic groups and other organizations in Southern California in which he stated that

the government knew about UFOs from tracking a 700-foot-long UFO on the dark side of the moon (28) and that there was evidence of human made canals on Mars. In the beginning of the 1950’s, Adamski started to present photographs of physical UFOs that he claimed to be not only able to photograph but Adamski also claimed he was in contact with its occupants (93j).
