In my estimation, William Lyne is a great example of someone who has a greater half-truth than many out there who relate flying saucer information. One can be right about a lot of things and still be wrong about other things. I believe he’s correct in saying that “flying saucers are made-made electrical flying machines,” but I don’t agree when he says all UFO phenomenon are in fact “man-made craft.” Another point in which I agree with Mr. Lyne is when he claims the Nazi propaganda campaign was imported into the US wherein stories were disseminated in the media and through supposed contactees, that extraterrestrial beings were piloting these craft and helping the Nazis develop advanced technology. This would have made a great cover for the times when these new aircraft were being seen by the public for the first time and would perpetuate the “Big Oil” conspiracy by keeping the planet addicted to oil and fossil fuels while secret government military factions built these advanced craft right under the noses of the public. If there was any form of “free-energy,” the public would not see it for decades, or even a century or two.

Propaganda, mastered by the Nazis, has played a continuous role in American political affairs over the greater part of the last century, so it would make sense that one day the government would actually legalize it rather than face lawsuits from millions of “victims.” As of 2013, because of a little-known provision slipped into the Defense Authorization Bill, weaponized propaganda used against the American people now has the legal green light. The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 completely lifted the long-existing ban on the domestic dissemination of U.S. government-produced propaganda. Previously, it has only been legal for US officials to disseminate propaganda abroad to drum up support for foreign wars but the co-authors, Reps. Mac Thornberry (R-TX) and Adam Smith (D-WA), asserted that removing the domestic ban was necessary in order to combat “al-Qaeda’s and other violent extremists’ influence among populations.” (197) Needless to say, this has dramatically altered the playing field of American politics. Is this the reason we are finally starting to see the government “admit” the knowledge of UFOs? Whatever the official word is, I believe we should remain highly suspect of it and also be aware of the disinformation coming from “alternative sources.” These “alternative sources” as we have seen, the contactees, channels, etc., tend to be the most manipulated by the intelligence agencies.

When it comes to discerning truth from lies in the world of UFO and paranormal politics, the best tool to measure the basis for truth is the separation of what we know absolutely from that which we do not know absolutely. For instance, we know absolutely that the US government has experimented with building flying saucers. We know absolutely that this earth contains atmospheric phenomenon we call UFOs. We don’t know absolutely that extraterrestrial beings pilot UFOs. And we don’t know absolutely that people are being abducted by extraterrestrials and implanted with microchips. We do know absolutely that the

military has abducted people and implanted them with microchips. We don’t know absolutely that there are human alien hybrid programs going on in underground military bases but we do know absolutely that the government has an interest in genetic research and it would not be beyond their ability or moral compass to abduct people for experimental purposes. These are just some of the things we know absolutely and things we do not know absolutely. Creating a chart in the mind with these two areas kept separated, I believe, is the best way to separate the real truth from the propaganda. That’s just “critical thinking” really.

Back in the 1990’s, a fellow named John Lenard Walson put together some kind of technology, through videography and telescopic viewing which allowed him to film objects in deep space for the first time. This would appear to be the kind of technology NASA does not want the public to have. This allowed John to film enough strange activity that he put together a short film called “Interstellar,” long before the big screen movie came out. In this film he presents evidence that there are numerous objects out there in space, which look like fantastic space stations and they don’t appear to be ours. They shimmer and glow in the black of deep space and from all appearances they look enormous in size, possibly miles and miles long (93k). What these are is anyone’s guess. They could be ours but I seriously doubt it. Despite all the money invested in black ops and the “secret space program,” these do not seem capable of having been built in the last 75 years, with our stolen tax dollars.

In conclusion of this chapter on MK-Ultra and “mind control,” I will leave the reader with an idea. Magic is the art of taking the reality in someone’s mind and changing that reality through an illusion, either by distraction, sleight of hand, hypnotism, or mentalism. The tricks a magician uses are varied and often several of them are applied at the same time. The study and use of electromagnetic frequencies to alter chemicals in the brain; the abduction of people using drugs; the scenes of labs with vats of humans; the rape of women by supposed beings then reentry of humans into the same rooms immediately afterwards; traumatic accounts of suffering; tales of races from other worlds; creation of flying discs which look similar in shape to UFOs; the intention to change the world secretly and unify mankind for centralized and possibly nefarious purposes all combine, in my best estimate to appear to be one giant magic show using real situations created by real people to cause the public to believe in a wholly and holy Hollywood created false reality.
